Evobet BD Terms & Conditions — User Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Evobet BD platform ("we", "us", "Evobet BD") and the user of the platform ("you", "Member"). Evobet BD is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

To open an account with Evobet BD, you must meet all of the following requirements. If any violation is found during verification, the account will be terminated immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years of age — where the legal betting age is higher in your country, local law applies.
• All information provided must be completely accurate and up to date.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
• Professional players, referees, and related personnel may not place bets on events in which they are involved.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

Evobet BD supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following deposit rules must be followed.

• Minimum deposit amount for bKash/Nagad/Rocket is BDT 500.
• All deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• Evobet BD does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 2 minutes.
• Crypto deposits, including USDT (TRC-20), are also supported.

Evobet BD always follows a fair and transparent process for withdrawing winnings. The conditions below apply to all withdrawals.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be held pending investigation.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Evobet BD. These rules apply to all Sports Betting and live betting.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled; however, if a Cash Out option is available, it may be used within the specified timeframe.
• Evobet BD reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will generally be refunded.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Live Betting, pre-match betting, and multi-bets are all available.

Evobet BD offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own specific terms, the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members one time only.
• The required wagering conditions (Rollover) must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period ends.
• It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonus abuse and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• For wagering requirement purposes, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above are typically counted.
• Evobet BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Evobet BD platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of the entire balance.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Betting on match manipulation or fixed matches.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or financial fraud using the bonus system.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting verification using a false identity or forged documents.
• Betting using insider match information obtained from any party.

Evobet BD may close or suspend an account at its own discretion or at a member's request. This may occur under the following circumstances.

• Evobet BD reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
• If suspicious activity is detected for security reasons, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Members who wish to self-exclude may have their account closed for a specified period.
• In the case of a standard closure, any valid balance will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to fraud, the balance will not be refunded.

• We strongly advise against placing bets with borrowed money.

• Losses resulting from a member's account credentials being accessed by another person.
• Losses occurring during unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from errors or issues with third-party websites or services.

Evobet BD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Members will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed on the Terms & Conditions page.
• No previous version of the terms and conditions will remain in effect.
